Kaicho, Shihan, sensei and senpai, osu,

Due to very complicated reasons we are having a lot of problems with our IKO website, as you may have noticed the website is out of the air for quite a while now.

Because the website was controlled externally, out of Japan and Europe and though all duties and expenses have been paid by Kaicho, even in advance, something went very wrong at the other end of the line, the party responsible for the website has disappeared.

Kaicho Tezuka, shihan Mori and myself have been working very hard to solve the problem, but in vain, somebody wanted to blackmail us by asking $ 40.000 for our own name.

We therefore have decided to have a new website made, which is in process now, please give us some time and please cooperate if asked for.
As we could not use the old name we had to rename the new website into;
